Pines & Needles charge for a tree collection service but just keep your money and don’t bother collecting. No reply to emails. They don’t answer the phone. They get away with this as there is no way to complain or to contact them after Christmas.Maddening and probably illegal behaviour!

Pines and Needles was founded by brothers Josh and Sam Lyle back in 1995.
