Pines and Needles saved my Christmas when I was let down with delivery by another company. I placed a last minute order to be delivered on Dec 24th and a beautiful tree arrived on time. The communication was excellent on every step of the process, I was getting notified multiple times of the delivery progress and customer service was always there to answer any questions.
