I purchased a neck pillow a couple months back, and have had greatly improved sleep! It provides excellent neck support, and that combined with a good wedge back pillow has eliminated my snoring, allowing my wife to get better sleep as well. I have no major complaints, the only challenge was dealing with some neck pain the first few nights until I figured out the correct amount of hulls to remove to provide the right amount of support (it was too high/rigid until I removed more over a few nights.)
