I ordered my daughter in law a few items from this company and one of the sweaters that we received had two small holes in it. We contacted the company and they sad that they could exchange or send a return label. They didn’t have the size to exchange in the same color and wouldn’t exchange for a different color so I had to return. They said that they would send me a return label by email, so I waited to receive it and after two weeks of it never coming I contacted them about it, they told me that they had sent it. When I said that I had not received anything in all of my boxes, inbox, junk and even checked trash, they said that they couldn’t send it again because it was out of the 30 day return policy!!! I told them again that I had never received anything from them and they just stopped responding to my text messages. Make’s me so angry because i literally have the sweater with the tags and bag waiting for them to send me the return label. Now I am stuck with a sweater that has two holes!!! Horrible customer service!!
