I requested a dress for next day delivery on a Sunday, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday. I attempted to reach out via email and the complaints page, but all I received were automated responses. I even tried the chat feature, hoping for a real response regarding my delivery charge. The customer service is lacking. I won't be using this service again.
