First ship in a proper box with proper padding. Second ship a product that is put together or supply correct parts to put it together like instructions and wiring info,I spent over 2 hours and could only get half the parts to work because of bad nuts that would not thread on to where they should. Also only get one email per day. Poor support. Also the box had a huge hole in the side that must have occured during shipping. The foam was very hard to remove from all parts because it broke up into small BB size pieces that stuck to every part and was hard to remove.
