We ordered three banners from Pinnacle Banners—two standard and one roller banner—for an event, clearly communicating the delivery deadline from the start. While the design process was efficient, only the roller banner was delivered. Despite being charged over £11 for shipping and repeatedly contacting the company (including speaking to a manager), the remaining two banners were never received, and all follow-up communication has since been ignored. We have written this review because they are not responding to any of our communication. We are very disappointed, we feel misled, and we are now seeking a full refund of the missing banners.
