From the minute I visited the Pinnacle Banner website, I was impressed. I was trying to work out what size I would need, when a chat box popped up and asked what sized banner I needed. I explained I had an image I wanted to use, but could be no bigger than 1.5m wide or 70cm high. But I could not work out the proportions needed. Max helped me from the outset, I sent the artwork, he looked, worked out the best size for me, and called me to go through what I had to do next. Afterwards, he said I should have it shipped rolled to preserve the integrity of the banner. I explained that it just pushed it out of my budget as I needed it urgently and was paying a lot for shipping already. Honestly, I was dubious that it was even going to turn up. I paid via PayPal for the reason. However, it arrived today and it is one of the best quality banners I have bought. I will be using them again. Also, it came rolled. Which I am very grateful for.
