Therefore causing an issue that cannot be resolved. The sole purpose of this is basically just a scam. Contacting support provides no helpful advice only you being pushed towards paying them to fix the issue THEY caused.Customer service is appalling and it is clear Pioneer support is just to create work and increase revenue from scamming customers.
