Unfortunately, just because the reviews are positive doesn't mean everyone will have the same experience. I applied for a loan and received an email saying my application was pending, so I expected a same-day response. However, the next day passed with no updates. I didn't get a reply to my previous email inquiring about the loan, so I decided to withdraw my application, and I didn’t receive any follow-up confirmation. Basic communication should not be so difficult!
