Unfortunately, positive reviews do not guarantee the same treatment for everyone. I applied for a loan and received an email stating that my application was pending, so I expected a same-day response. However, the next day passed without any updates. I also didn't get a reply to my previous email inquiring about the loan, which led me to withdraw my application. There was no follow-up email confirming its withdrawal either. Clear communication should not be so difficult!
