I purchased a holiday calendar, and what I received was completely different from the images on the website. It was supposed to be wool figurines, but instead, I got cheap plastic items that don’t resemble what was advertised. Very misleading. When I requested a refund, it took several days of emails to get a response, and instead of accepting responsibility, they offered store credit or a partial refund. Eventually, they agreed to a return but didn't provide a return label, forcing me to cover the shipping costs for an item that was misrepresented. This company really needs to improve its product quality and honesty. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I can't recommend ordering from them.
