I successfully passed the challenge and my payout was approved, but I have still not received my payment.
Since the approval, the process has been extremely frustrating. I was asked to change payment methods multiple times (from USDT to Skrill and other options), and I have been repeatedly told to wait 48–72 business hours.
Despite following all instructions and providing all required details, the payment continues to be delayed without a clear explanation.
I have also found other traders reporting similar issues, which raises serious concerns about the reliability of this company.
At this point, I am still waiting for a payout that has already been approved, and I expect this situation to be resolved immediately.
