I have used this service for several years with good experiences, but this time was awful. I ordered a skip and informed them about placing a TV and mattresses inside, which they approved. After a week, I expected a collection but received no communication. They eventually contacted me 10 days later for a morning pickup when I wasn't home. The driver asked my partner to move my other car, but she doesn't drive, and he requested my car keys to move it uninsured, which she refused. Later, I was informed I would incur extra charges for the items I had originally been told were acceptable. Extremely disappointing service; I recommend avoiding this company.
