I requested my payout on 24th and the money was in my account on 27th, which doesn’t sound that bad but compared to the rest of the industry it’s too slow, didn’t get the guarantee extra payment if the payout is processed in more than 24 hours, also didn’t get the challenge fee refunded because of some hidden 1minute rule which cannot be found anywhere on the website and is only visible on the dashboard AFTER you purchase the account. Customer service is also very slow when compared to other firms, i had to wait upto 6 hours sometimes to get a reply, but in the end they did pay me out so there’s that. Although I don’t think i’ll buy another account from them the stress and anxiety is just not worth it for me personally.
