I traded in instant accounts. I took payout too. So i will give a honest feedback.
Fees vs Quality of support:
Fee is on the higher side compared to other prop firms. Example, for instant 50k account it is 429 usd.
For this high fees the quality of support that they give is very low and poor. I seen when people ask questions in disc support, if the user are persistent, theey are simply blocked out of the server.
Their false advertisement about double payout after 24 hours:
They promote in the advertisement they will double pay after your payout is approved if you dont receive the payout in 24 hours. Completely false advertisment.
This makes customer think their payout is extremely fast. No, NEVER. First is as soon as you request payout they claim , payout will be approved in 1-3 business days. My payout was requested on March 10th and it got approved only on March 16th. Nearly a week .It was very frustrating.
Even if i go by their rules, my payout got approved on March 16th. and I recieved the payout only on March 18th well after their promised 24 hours . No, they didnt pay double payout for crossing 24 hours. So its a lie.
Their hidden UNDER 60 sec trade Rule:
They dont say this explicitly in the webiste nor it is mentioned in the challenge buy webpage. They hav a general description in the policies HFT is not allowed.
They hard breached my instant account first since i had two trades closed under 60 seconds. Before the second account, i asked their customer care. They cleared gave me this reply in email
"Dear Client,
Please note that one trade like this are perfectly fine, and only multiple trades showing clear misuse would be treated as a violation."
Did they follow this when processing my payout. NO.
My requested payout ID ID WOGyC0HEAf. My profit share was 2800 usd. I had one trade closed under 60 seconds. As per their policy what they communicated earlier, i didnt have any other soft breaches other than this. Ideally i should have received my full payout. Also this was losing trade only. But they deducted 1750 usd app and settled me only 1061 USD instead of this 2800 usd citing this 1 soft breach. It is completely unethical and misuse of their policy. I have the email proofs saying one such trade is perfectly fine. Even their dashboard mentions occasional such trading activity is not breach . If 1 trade is not occasional or isolated incident , i dont know what is the meaning of occasional or isolated incident.
So overall ,
Fees --> High
Payout in 24 hoours--> No i got mine in 8 days
Hidden 60 sec rule --> Very bad
Does 1 breach is considered isolated inciddent --> No they promote it that way, evven dashboard will tell that way, but they deduct nearly 60% of profit for 1 such trade. For 2 trades account hard breach.
Customer support --> Hardly exist
Worst part they will not tell all this while trading. AFter u spend all ur hard time and money , only when u reach the payout phase they will telll this and reject you.
Final judgement --> Run as far as possible from them
Any Pros: News trading allowed, I received atleast some payout ( I thought they will never pay single penny)
