I’ve tried from cheap to overly priced brands. I took a chance this this brand because I needed a fly reel and looked nice. Once I received it, i was blown away. I now have 3 reels, with an extra spool. I will be purchasing one more this winter for a spring trip thats planned.The customer service is very prompt and will fix any issues you may have, which could be their products, website, email flyer, or straight user mistake.I think they now have a loyal customer for life! Keep up the good work.
