I've been waiting for a week now with no sign of my withdrawal. Each time, I'm given a different excuse. I truly don't understand how this place remains operational; it feels like a scam. I won my money legitimately and I'm still waiting for a $500 withdrawal. This experience has been dreadful, and I would never recommend this casino to anyone. Please stay away.
