Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I have played this casino, bet Alice, love stay, dazzard, Richard casino, and Malina casino. I started all the above including pistolo at the same time. I have never ever withdrawn from Pistolo. It pays terrible, if at all. The wagers are a joke, yet I take full responsibility for that,as I read the contract etc.However..Pistolo lost my money. It may only be $30.. but it's my $30, and for them to show no remorse or accountability, shows why the reviews are so bad.Now when I withdrawal. Lowest has been $100, and highest to date is $910. Was so good ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. .Now my withdrawals take on average just under an hour, and it's back in my bank via bank transfer.I don't get anything rulilties from writing this review, and normally I never comment...I just give stars. Pistolo is the only one that I have NEVER withdrawn from.Huge wagers are required, which is on the contract.No online casino has ever lost my money, and don't give a rat's to be honest. I took screenshots of the last games I played, each bet, each amount that my balance dropped. Cool. My money..my choice. Me hitting spin.All I ask is treat your customers correctly, don't blame them for somehow cancelling their own bonus. It states what we have done..accident or not. I reintegrated that playing isn't new to me, so the staff then tried...Oh...you ran out of time...WRONG.I proved it again. Then I got cut off. Believe it or not..the internet dropped out..๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”this happened another 5 times!Every conversation I had, with the support team,and with everytime I was cut off, and the times the 'connection couldn't reconnect ' (only on support chats though) Weird aye??After approx 90 mins, 6 support staff chats... Apparently I cancelled my own bonus.Next I was told it had actually expired.To follow up with...Hhhhmmmm... We don't know..but we have escalated this to Higher management, and they will inform me asap what is going on. They have also been inundated with Management needed??I received an email today...The shorter reply is...They don't know where my money is..is has them buggered .. so just relax and we will contact you..um....when they find the ๐Ÿ’ฐ ๐Ÿ’ฐ..Maybe...Stay away guys
