After waiting four weeks for my item to be shipped, I contacted the company since they had stated 5-7 days for delivery. They clarified that this timeframe starts only after dispatch, which was not mentioned on their site. Be sure to order well in advance! After six weeks, the football shirt arrived, but it was clearly a counterfeit. There were no labels inside, and the quality was dreadful. I was shocked that they marketed this as a genuine item, especially since the labels were in Chinese. I have requested a refund three times since receiving the shirt and had asked for one four times before it was dispatched. They have not provided any details regarding the refund and keep insisting that the goods are genuine. Regardless, I did not receive what I ordered. This has been my worst experience with a company. I strongly recommend avoiding them. I've even reported them to the relevant authorities and disputed the charge with my bank due to their sale of counterfeit goods and their failure to issue a refund after seven requests. Save your money and consider finding a better alternative elsewhere.
