I ordered ten tops to be sent to my location, costing me a significant amount. They promised delivery in two weeks, but it took a month. I had gone on holiday and when I returned, the jerseys were sent back—not to the sender but were lost instead. I lost money and didn't receive the jerseys. Although my absence may have contributed, surely they should have returned the items to the sender or at least delivered them on time. It’s disappointing not to receive my order, and my holiday certainly complicated things.
