After a long four-week wait for my item to be dispatched, I reached out to the company. They mentioned that the 5-7 day delivery only starts after dispatch, which was not clearly stated. This misleading information means you should definitely order well in advance! After six weeks, the football shirt arrived, but it was clearly a counterfeit. There were no labels, and the quality was terrible. It was shocking that they claimed it was genuine, especially with labels in Chinese. I've contacted them multiple times for a refund and have not received a proper response. This has been the worst experience with a company. I strongly advise against ordering from them. I've reported them to the relevant authorities and disputed the transaction due to their sale of counterfeit goods and failure to provide a refund after several requests. Save your money and find a better option elsewhere.
