I spent over $4500 for data recovery and an additional $500 for a hard drive enclosure for a backup of my data. Initially, they assured me my original enclosure would suffice, so I provided the drives. Later, they claimed it was faulty and offered a new enclosure for $500, which they said would connect via USB. After doing my own research, I trusted their expertise and agreed to the purchase. However, upon receiving it, I found I couldn't access my data because the USB was not compatible. The device only worked with a LAN cable, and it arrived without packaging, warranty, or instructions. I discovered it was a discontinued model and not available for retail. When I requested a refund, they reviewed my calls and denied my request, stating I should have done my own research.
