My experience has been quite bad with Pitshirts. I had ordered 2 full sleeves Medium aize T shirts online and it took them almost a month to deliver. Since the size didn't fit me I returned and requested for a refund. And its been more than 3 weeks now and they haven't refunded the amount back. I have been following up with them for the past 3 weeks and they keep giving excuses about the t-shirts not being delivered to then yet. During this time I received an email from Irfan, their employee or owner asking for my Paytm QR code which I sent to them by email and WhatsApp, which means they have received the shipment of the returned items, yet they have been giving excuses about processing my refund. After this review, if the still don't return my money I will raise a complaint with the consumer court.
So be careful before ordering anything from their website since service is slow, sizes are wrong and they will make excuses for refunds.
