The staff is kind, however, we had three appointments for breaks and new tires. Ridiculous really.The first appointment was cancelled because the tires were not on stock. I was already on site, waste of time. I figured " this can happen, better next time". But then...The 2nd - all day!- appointment, they called us midday to say the tires had not arrived. At that point it had been 2 weeks since we ordered the tires. Besides, I was annoyed they did not call the day before the appointment to inform us, or told me this at least at the drop-off. The car was at the location the whole day for just breaks!They called a week later to say the tires had arrived. It took more than another week before they had an open spot for the next appointmentWe brought the car (again!) to change the tires at the 3rd appointment. Originally they wanted the car at their location for the whole day. For just tires! I disagreed and arranged an hour drop off. It was definitely our last appointment.
