He also confirmed it by email. We were impressed that he took the time to speak to us. Ross was professional and very helpful throughout our conversations and meetings with him. We wish him well.Following Ross's departure, Jo stepped in and looked after us. On the occasions we missed her telephone calls she left kind, professional messages on our voicemail. When we had the pleasure of talking to her and meeting her, she was friendly, warm and very professional. Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. She listened to our list of "must-haves" and suggested several properties that matched our requirements.Although we didn't buy a property through Pittis, I can thoroughly recommend this company.
