One of the pieces of fruit arrived spoiled. Instead of providing a replacement, they only refunded me three dollars. This was meant to be a gift, which is likely the case for many orders, so a partial refund is not very helpful for the recipient. Ideally, their quality control should prevent spoiled fruit from being shipped, but if it does occur, I would expect them to rectify the situation by sending replacement fruit.
