After only 3 days, we had an issue with the Alchemy Electric Water Filter Pitcher. It wouldn't charge. I was so upset about it. The company emailed me immediately after I posted a poor review. They wanted to make it right. Before I could respond to them, we picked up the pitcher and found out that water got into the stand where it is supposed to charge. Once we figured that out and cleaned it up, the pitcher works great! And, their customer service was excellent. I wanted to make sure to jump on here and update my review.
