Purity is a great company. I love my hydrogenator is awesome. I make 1-4 pitchers a day. What a great product. I’ve had it for quite some time, the magnetic vortex feature stopped working a couple months ago. I email Purity and sent a short video of what it was doing and they shipped me a new pitcher immediately, no shipping no other questions asked and then they even reached out to make sure everything was working and that if I had any thing else come up don’t hesitate to contact them so they can take care of it.
