I have been using this program for a couple of years & I find it to be excellent. I recently bought a new computer because my old one was not as good as I wanted & I needed to transfer this software to my new computer. I sent an email to Pixbim & I had an email back from Nicole the product manager explaining exactly what to do. This lady is so very helpful. I rate her customer service as 20 out of 10.
