I give it 5 stars because the photo repair service was truly exceptional, but I encountered the same problems mentioned in some negative reviews. I was charged £0.10 initially, followed by £49.90 for a pro subscription I never agreed to. The email responses initially offered a 50% refund, and the quick replies suggested AI was handling customer service. However, the poor wording raised more concerns. After five emails (all within 24-48 hours), I was promised a refund but was told they would charge another £0.10 to 'test the bank details' before processing it. I had to cancel my bank card and file a scam claim with my bank. Fortunately, within five days of the original purchase and three days after the promised refund, the money was back in my account. The photo repair service was excellent, but the website's subscription terms were not only unclear but also seemingly absent, despite the quick customer service in addressing the issue.
