It's unfortunate that I have to give this a one-star rating. I haven't accessed my account in over a year, and I would have canceled if I had known they would withdraw funds. They took $41.40 from my account without any notification or my consent. I'm seeking a full refund since I've barely used their software for even an hour. This is unacceptable behavior, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they will continue to charge you even after cancellation.
