I ordered a jacket on Nov 28th for a holiday gift. While it took much longer than it stated to get my item (it arrived after the holidays in January), customer service was very responsive to my inquiries and gave me a partial refund for my item, and a discount for a future purchase. My daughter was very happy with the jacket. They stated the item was a pre-order item and thus takes longer to receive. Hopefully they will make this more clear on their webpage moving forward. Other than the slow delivery, we are very happy with the item and the customer service.
