I purchased two sweatshirts from the company. During checkout, I was offered the option to add a second one for just $4.99. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, they had charged me an additional $15 shipping fee for the second sweatshirt—on top of the shipping I already paid for the first one—despite the advertised low add-on price.The second sweatshirt arrived white but with a noticeable brown spot/stain on it. I attempted to return it, but the company completely ignored all my emails, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue.To make matters worse, I was later hit with an unauthorized $40 charge from them for something I never ordered or authorized. Since they continued to ignore my emails, I had no choice but to dispute the charge directly through my credit card company.
