Customer service was incredible. I had to email because I was charged shipping when I had received an email that there was a promotion going on for free shipping on everything on the site. Not only did a receive a response extremely quickly, they were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time purchasing from this company, but I will be definitely using them again just from this positive experience. I cannot wait to receive my photo book, as I’m sure it will be beautiful!
