I love the entire concept of turning digital memories into creative and customisable albums! The entire editing process was really easy to understand and use. I ordered twice already, the first time the album turned amazing, the second time I encountered issues with the delivery service and my package did not arrive :( Luckily, the customer team was very responsive and prompt with their emails, so the issue was solved in less than 3 days.
