I started a photo book a week ago, luckily only did a couple of pages as when I returned to my account yesterday the project had been lost despite me savign it. I then spent the whole of yesterday making a book, logged off and then back on a couple hours later and the book I had spent hours on (and regularly saving) was no longer in my account. I emailed 14 hours ago and had no reply, went onto their online chat which said they were offline. Today I have gone onto the online chat which says they are online and will 'reply in a few moments' and explained the situation to see if I can get my book back, 2 hours later I have still had no reply. I sent another message asking if I could have help and got a message saying their 'chat will be closed in 30 minutes'. So I wait the 30 minutes and the chat is now closed, I haven't been replied to and have no idea what is going on. They have a 'black Friday sale' countdown that keeps going down to 0 every 12 or so hours and once it goes to 0 it just resets again so the sale is for longer than they say but they're trying to rush you to buy. Really disappointed as the books themselves look lovely. Should've realised when the only reviews I've seen where from people with affiliate codes.
