I actually had an issue where my 5 photobooks were lost in transit and the courier was not able to track them down but the customer service team was incredible. They responded quickly and provided constant updates and after no updated tracking information was available, they reprinted and reshipped the books entirely. I will definitely be purchasing from Pixory again!! They are amazing!
