I’m really disappointed with this company. I previously ordered a photo book for £95 — expensive, but the quality was excellent, so I didn’t mind paying for it. Unfortunately, the book got damaged, and I wanted to reorder the exact same one.When I went back to the site, the price had jumped to £135 for the same product — quite a steep increase. I decided to hold off until Black Friday, assuming there would be a genuine sale. I then received an email advertising a “50% off Black Friday Sale,” but when I checked, the price had simply been doubled to £270, and the “discount” brought it right back down to £135 — the same as before!This kind of pricing tactic feels deceptive and really undermines my trust in the brand. It’s disappointing to see a company with such good products resorting to misleading marketing like this.
