Ho deciso comunque di provare e… meno male!Il sito non è stato subito semplicissimo, qualche volta l’editor mi si è bloccato e ho dovuto rifare da capo (un po’ frustrante), però nel complesso è facile da usare. La vera sorpresa è stato il servizio clienti: non avevo ricevuto la mail di conferma, li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto sempre in poche ore, super gentili e disponibili, nonostante il fuso orario. Davvero un punto a favore.Quando è arrivato il fotolibro, la mia paura era che la qualità fosse bassa… invece le foto sono stampate benissimo! Il libro è un po’ più sottile di come appare nelle pubblicità (credo dipenda anche da quante pagine si scelgono), ma il risultato finale è davvero bello e curato.Insomma, ero partita scettica e invece sono rimasta molto soddisfatta: ottima qualità e assistenza clienti impeccabile. I decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m really glad I did!The website wasn’t super easy at the beginning — the editor froze a couple of times, which was frustrating — but overall it’s intuitive and simple to use. What really impressed me was the customer service: I didn’t get a confirmation email, so I reached out, and they always replied within a few hours. Super kind, super helpful, even with the time zone difference.When the photo book arrived, I was honestly surprised by the quality. It’s a bit thinner than I expected from the ads (probably depends on the number of pages), but the print quality of the photos is excellent. Even though the editor had flagged some errors, everything was printed perfectly.In the end, I went from being doubtful to being very happy with my order. Great quality, amazing customer service — definitely recommend!
