Amazing customer service. I had ordered 4 custom books from them, they were amazing quality and looked super great. The photos we used were taken on a phone so I was a little concerned about the quality of the print but it was so crisp and perfect. One of the books has a small misprint on the spine of the book, just the text being a little unaligned and when I reached out to the team they were super apologetic and willing to get a new book printed and sent out. I received an email just a few days later saying the new book had been shipped and would be arriving soon. Couldn’t be any happier with the product or service. And a thanks to Keisha who is the staff I spoke to about the issue who handled everything perfectly.
