Great customer service. The cover of the book arrived damaged and they are shipping me a new one. The rest was perfect looking. Easy program to use. My pictures look amazing and I'm so happy with how easy it was to make a custom book. I already ordered two more books. I only took off one star for the book cover damage, but will happily use this company again to document my travels.
