UPDATE 8/1/2025: I was contacted by Ava, a senior manager of the customer service team, and was extremely happy with how she handled my issue! Not only did she offer to reprint my book at no extra cost but she also resized my high resolution images so that they would fit their maximum image size requirements and not be blurry and pixelated. She went above and beyond with helping me! I just reordered my book with the updated images and have no doubt it will turn out beautiful. Thanks so much Ava!! 7/25/2025: Horrible experience. I created a book for my engagement photos and am extremely disappointed in the final product. When I was uploading my high resolution photos to make the book, I kept getting an error saying the file was too big. I resized them to not get that error anymore. I never received a warning message or anything about potential blurry/pixelated photos once printed so I trusted they would turn out great. When I received my book, almost all of my engagement photos were blurry and pixelated. I reached out to customer service and instead of issuing a refund or offering to reprint my book, they gave me a 20% off discount code. This place is a joke and I would avoid them at all cost unless you are willing to spend over $100 for blurry and pixelated images. Beyond disappointed in this site.
