I attempted to cancel my order just minutes after placing it due to an error I noticed. I was told that cancellation was not possible as the product had already entered production, which seems unlikely. It appears that the company loses control of the order once it's submitted, as it goes directly to an external printing contractor with whom they have no communication. This raises concerns for anyone ordering items with personal photos for various reasons. I was genuinely excited about creating my book and am curious about its quality upon arrival; however, I doubt I would use this service again, as the overall experience felt untrustworthy. It seems they might be overcharging for products they don’t actually produce and have little hands-on involvement with, mainly offering their platform and attractive book cover designs (which I must admit are nice).
