I genuinely don't understand how this place received so many 5-star ratings, as it was recommended for site customization. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I completed about 90% of my site pages before publishing, and somehow some wording got altered, and the brand mark still appears on my site URL, despite reaching out to chat support and purchasing a domain to remove it.
