This was a terrible experience. I designed a website during the free trial. The templates looked promising, and I managed to create a nice desktop site, but when I viewed it on mobile, all my uploaded images were not optimized, stretched, or improperly cropped. The videos I uploaded faced similar issues. If this were 15 years ago, it might have been acceptable, but not today. Mobile optimization should be a priority, as most websites are accessed via phones. I contacted support for help, but received no response. They claimed to reply in a few moments, but I heard nothing. It was fortunate this happened during the trial period because I will not be becoming a customer. The experience was far from enticing; there was a lot of promise but a lack of delivery and no response.
