This is the local pizza place in Greenwood, NS, which is tricky to find on the app due to incorrect listings. I called just moments after placing my order, as I always do, to request that the pepperoni be placed on top of the cheese. I consistently make this request since they opened. I prefer it cooked properly and won’t eat it otherwise. Unfortunately, this time the male owner was unkind, and when I reiterated my request, he was dismissive, responding with 'ya ya.' The order was incorrect, and when I tried to call back, he didn’t answer. They've been in business for a year and still haven’t set up their answering machine. To make matters worse, he claimed I hadn’t asked for it, despite my call just 30 seconds after ordering. This was a clear misrepresentation. When an order is wrong after specific instructions, a replacement should be offered!

Recently, an advertisement featuring two individuals licking a phone was aired. It was quite off-putting, especially considering the current health concerns. I can't believe a large corporation would approve such a campaign. This type of advertising is irresponsible and could influence young viewers negatively. It’s disappointing to see this from such a well-known company.
While I generally prefer this outlet over others, I find their new QR code ordering system off-putting for those who prefer ordering in-person. I find it complicated, and when informed it was QR code or nothing, I chose to go elsewhere. Other fast food places provide options; why can’t this one?
I think the self-ordering system works well, but the low-quality ingredients made the pizza quite bland. The stuffed crust meat feast was disappointing, as the meat seemed rehydrated and unappetizing. It really affected my experience.
The staff were helpful and friendly, but the food was truly disappointing. I had lasagna that was greasy and of poor quality, while my colleague's mac and cheese was watery. We both left our meals untouched. It was expensive and unsatisfactory. I can't blame the staff; they can only serve what they are given. I declined a voucher as I don't wish to return.
The delivery service in Northfield has always been prompt and reliable. I have never encountered any issues. The pizzas arrive perfectly made and warm, plus the delivery drivers are always friendly. Thank you for the great service!
