My experience with this retailer while purchasing a refrigerator was frustrating: repeated delays, false promises, and a damaged appliance. Each call to customer service connected me with a different representative, and no solutions were offered. After making a complaint, I received a vague response instead of an apology. I've had to defrost my old fridge multiple times due to failed deliveries. I cannot recommend this retailer at all.
