Very poor costumer service and care.The person in charge insulted me that the item wasn't broken when i received it and the issue was from the company itself, after that the item I just received from the technical service had problem with they keyboard and i had th same reaction of being insulted. I have news for them.Do not ever buy from them.Unpleasant to the end. (PS: I had to go several times to fix the first problem and to get to the store (fix wasn't solved 4 times and then got an extra).
