The whole point buying at Plaisio is, to have an good efficent and quick After Sales Tech support! Do not buy at plaisio, the tech support is very poor and i am quite sure that even I could make most support by reading in internet or watching YouTube videos. The staff is over worked, do not even listens to your requirements, they keep over and over repeating not relevant things (just because their telephone training give them this pre-arranged answers) and in the end they do nothing! They have kept me waiting for over one month for a battery change on my laptop and in the end I received my lap top and no battery was changed. It was the last time i ever bought something from plaisio! Worst company on the greek market!
